OEM and ODM seating, built to your label
Two ways to work with us. Send a finished spec and we build it under your brand (OEM), or bring a market and a price and we develop the product around it (ODM). Both run on the same large lines in Anji.
OEM — your spec, our line
If you already know exactly what you want, OEM is the direct path. You send drawings, a golden sample or a detailed spec; we match the mechanism, fabric and finish, confirm it on a sample, then produce it under your brand. It is usually the faster route, because we are matching a known target rather than inventing one.
ODM — your market, our development
ODM suits buyers who know their channel and price point but not the exact product. We bring our own tilt mechanisms, moulds and fabric library and develop a chair to hit your number. The trade-off is time: development and a sampling round add weeks. We will say up front whether ODM is worth it for your volume, because on a small run it often is not.
From brief to container, in four steps
No step is skipped — especially the sample. A confirmed physical sample is the cheapest insurance against a wrong container.
Brief & feasibility
You send a spec, a sample or a target price. We tell you honestly whether to start from a chair we already tool (fast) or develop a new one (slower).
Sample & approval
We build a physical sample to confirm fit, fabric, mechanism and finish. Nothing goes to tooling until you have approved a unit in your hands.
Testing & compliance
We bench-test to BIFMA / EN standards and arrange the third-party reports your destination market needs.
Production & shipping
We run the order on our own lines, pack for the ocean leg and ship FCL with your label, manuals and carton artwork.
The parts that carry your brand
Branding & packaging
Logo, colourway, printed manuals, master-carton artwork and barcodes to your spec.
Build & materials
Mechanism, foam density, fabric or leather grade, base and gas-lift class.
Compliance
Testing scoped to your destination — BIFMA / EN-style reports arranged per programme.
Send your spec — we'll tell you the real lead time
The more specific you are, the more useful our first reply. Models, quantities, market and whether you need OEM or ODM gets you a straight answer fast.
